What are the calls like?
Once a month, as a subscriber to the Free Coaching Call list, you can receive live coaching with Jennifer on whatever topic you might be grappling with at the moment — things like getting unstuck, working with your sensitivity, boundaries, perfectionism, people pleasing, living authentically, and so much more!

The number of attendees on a monthly call typically ranges from one to five people and there has never been a call when someone didn't receive coaching who wanted it. Everyone who attends the call is asked to be fully present and listening attentively with cameras on.

Even if you’re not sure you want any direct coaching, you can learn so much and be hugely inspired by watching others go through the process. You are very likely to experience struggles that others share and listening to their story often helps you get clarity on your own.
