Reclaiming You

A 90-Minute Guided Experience in Coming Home to Yourself

If you feel like the best pieces of yourself are scattered across all your relationships, responsibilities, and activities . . .

This is for you.

It isn't a journaling exercise. It isn't advice. It isn't a vision board.

You're going to draw an intuitive map of your life, and it's going to show you things about this current moment you didn't realize you already knew.

What to expect

We'll begin with a few slow breaths and a moment or two to settle.

Then, we'll connect with your more intuitive brain through a brief guided visualization that doesn't require any thinking, any analyzing, or any figuring things out.

From there, we move into the map itself. I'll guide you to map out your life using your intuition to reveal the invisible energetic leaks, the silent drains, and the hidden gaps that your analytical brain has been overlooking.

There's no right or wrong way to do this. Just what your body knows without your brain getting in the way.

What emerges will surprise you.

We'll spend the rest of our time together exploring what your map is showing you. What is taking up space? What's missing? What's asking for your attention?

I'll share what I'm seeing, and we'll follow the threads that matter most.

By the end of our time together, you'll have meaningful clarity that came from a picture of your life that you drew yourself, along with a concrete sense of where to go from here.

(Note: No artistic talent or special supplies are required. A blank piece of paper and pen or pencil are all you need.)

What you'll walk away with

You'll leave with your intuitive map, a recording of our session to revisit whenever you need it, a sense of which area of your life is most ready for your attention right now, and a follow-up companion guide with practices, prompts, and next steps based on what your map reveals.

But the part that tends to surprise people is how you'll feel.

Lighter.

Not because anything in your life has changed yet, but because you can finally see it clearly. And when you can see something clearly, you can decide what to do with it.

It's the feeling of loosening a knot you didn't even realize was constricting you.

Is this for you?

This experience is a good fit if you're curious enough to try something a little different. Some part of you already suspects that the answers you're looking for aren't going to come from thinking harder. You've done enough of that.

If you’re ready to move out of the “what's going on with me" energy and into the "here's what I'm going to do about it" energy, if you're willing to show up with an open mind and you’re ready to trust what emerges from the part of you that already has the answers, this is the perfect experience for you.

It probably isn't the right fit if you're looking for advice, a structured plan, or a purely analytical approach to problem-solving. There's nothing wrong with those things. This just wasn’t designed to be the container for them.

About Jennifer

I'm Jennifer Wade, an Authenticity Coach with years of experience helping people find their way back to themselves. My background as a lifelong creative — a classical musician, an artist, and a deeply intuitive thinker — is at the heart of how and why Reclaiming You exists.

I believe that clarity doesn't always come from thinking harder. Sometimes it comes from seeing differently. This session is designed to help you do exactly that.

What I bring to every session is wholehearted, unhurried presence. When we're together, my entire attention is on you, on what you're saying, what you're not saying, and what's asking to be heard. My clients tell me they feel genuinely seen in our work together and that's one of the things I care most about getting right.

A Final Thought

Reclaiming You is like looking into a specialized mirror that shows you something about yourself and your life that you might miss on your own. It takes the vagueness of a feeling and sharpens it into a clear picture from which you can make wise choices that lead to meaningful change.

The time for this kind of clarity is before you hit the wall, before things reach a crisis point.

It's about small, but meaningful adjustments now, based on what is genuinely true about you in this season of your life.
